3 Months and Christmas

We hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas and that you have a great upcoming New Year.  Our Christmas was very hectic but so much fun.  We got to celebrate for two weeks straight!  I was a little under the weather and didn't have a voice for some of it.  Nick thought it was the best Christmas ever.

She started out meeting Santa.  He was very cool until he started kissing her cheeks.  I thought Nick was going to throw down.*  Turns out he has a big problem with people who think it is okay to dress up in costumes and hang out with kids "in the same outfit that probably hasn't been washed in years."  Let's just say this Santa won't be in any frames at our house, but we just had to have a Bryn with Santa picture for her scrapbook.  Might be the only one we ever have.

*To little Bryn who might read this as a young child, "throw down" means give a dirty look.

The next day we went to Grammy and Poppy Beth's (the "farm").

Bryn was pretty exhausted the next day.  Shouldn't we all live this life.

She got all dressed up for her 3 month birthday.

The night of the 23rd we went to Beth Ann's and got to see Issac and Eli celebrate Christmas.  Love those boys!

We then celebrated with Grandma Sterner and Papa Joe on Christmas Eve.  The first picture is of Bryn loving her Grandma.  The last picture reminds me of Nick when he sleeps.  I also have to include a picture of Tonka the Turtle.  He's my friend.

That night we heard a rumor that Grandpa Bell had gotten a special Santa hat because he thought Bryn would like it.  Awhile later we received a text message of a picture that might betray the real reason.

Bryn got two books and a little toy from Santa Christmas morning.  She also chilled in her bumbo chair.  Lovin' life.

We spent Christmas Day at Great Aunt Joyce and Uncle Rod's.  It was so wonderful to have the entire family there.  I'm hoping to get my hands on some family pics we took soon that I will add to these.

We headed to Coffeyville Christmas night.  True to his word, Grandpa Bell sprinted to greet Bryn.  She loved the hat.  She also did pretty well with the family pictures that we had procrastinated taking for too many years.

Visions of sugar plums.  And not wearing dresses.  I can only assume this applies to the both of them.

Merry Christmas!

Brrrr...

This week Grandpa and Grandma Sterner got to stay and watch Bryn while we went to another one of Nick's holiday gatherings and celebrating our 4 year anniversary.  We had fun, but missed her too.

I go back to work January 3.  I'm trying not to dwell on it.  Just snuggling a lot with her and taking a bunch of pictures.  Enjoy!

Rock Chalk!

Getting stronger every day!

Our last Monday Funday with Sarah!  We've had so much fun getting together with her on Mondays.

Family picture.

Looks like pretty good sleep.

It's getting cold outside...I think.  Bryn and I enjoy a warm 73 degree home during the day.  Any money we have saved not using formula has been spent towards our gas bill.  Worth every penny.  Here is Bryn in her winter set.

Miller's jerk move of the week=pushing my head off the pillow while I sleep.  Note how Nick took a picture of it rather than making him stop.  Thanks boys.
